Our home is designed for the ultimate beach vacation experience, featuring 2 cozy bedrooms and 1.5 baths. The open kitchen and living area create a spacious, inviting atmosphere, perfect for relaxation and fun. Be sure to check out our amazing 3rd-floor shared deck—it’s the perfect place to watch stunning sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico.

We’re just steps away from the Historic Bridge Street, where you’ll find unique shops, fantastic restaurants, and live music playing all the time.

IMG Academy is only 7.5 miles away, a quick 15-minute drive during the off-season.

We offer a free washer and dryer, available at limited times throughout the week (Monday to Friday).

Your home features a private entrance for added convenience and privacy. On the side of the property, there’s a deck equipped with a grill and outdoor seating for everyone to enjoy al fresco meals and relaxation. Plus, the third-floor shared deck offers a stunning panoramic view of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico—perfect for catching those spectacular sunsets.

Transit

Don’t feel like driving once you’ve arrived? No problem! Anna Maria Island offers a FREE Island Trolley service that runs the length of the island, making it easy to get around. Plus, we’re just a short walk to the historic Bridge Street, where you’ll find charming shops, delicious restaurants, and live music. Please note, we have one parking space available for your unit, so be sure to plan accordingly.

Your house managers, Fawn and Kevan, bring over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry and are very familiar with the island. They’re always happy to offer recommendations if needed. “Our kids grew up on the island, and we absolutely love it here! Neighbourhood

This island offers a nostalgic slice of old Florida, steering clear of mega resorts and towering condos. Instead, you’ll find serene white sandy beaches and a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere. The wonderful Bridge Street restaurants and shops are just one block away!
Definitely come for the sunsets, but be sure not to miss the sunrises, too! Anna Maria Island—a charming seven-mile stretch along Florida’s West Coast—is famous for its evening celebrations. As the sun sinks below the horizon, the sky transforms into a breathtaking display of vibrant colors, while the sound of bongs clanging, live music, and the click of cameras fills the air. It’s a nightly celebration that’s not to be missed.

And if you’re an early riser, no worries—there’s plenty to enjoy throughout the day, too. From beachcombing to exploring local shops and dining spots, there’s always something to do before the evening spectacle begins again.

Space

Step into a beautifully remodeled home, thoughtfully curated with love and a perfect coastal vibe. Enjoy the suns rays from the comfort of your own private deck, or sunsets on the shared tower deck overlooking the beach. As you enter our “home away from home,” you’ll be greeted by our bright Florida room, with windows on three of the four walls, allowing natural light to flood the space.

The cozy living room features a 40-inch TV, perfect for watching your favorite shows. Granite countertops and a deep stainless-steel sink give our kitchen a stylish, modern feel, and it’s fully equipped with everything you need to cook up a homemade meal or prepare a quick lunch.

After a day of island adventures, unwind in the king-sized bed in the master bedroom, or let the kids relax in the second bedroom with two twin beds. There’s also a pull-out couch in the living room for extra sleeping space. The bathroom is a true retreat, with a walk-in shower fully tiled in elegant travertine. A second half bath provides an additional space for friends or family to freshen up.

For your beach days, we provide two beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach towels, so all you need to bring is your swimwear!

House Manual

Entry is at the front of the property.
We use a keypad system to enter our vacation home. The keypad is part of the door lock and you just need to enter the 4 digit code followed by the check mark and the door will be unlocked.
Parking is limited to 1 car for your reservation.
No pets allowed, no ESA animals allowed.
No smoking allowed.
