Aloha and welcome to our island home. “Ohana” is Hawaiian for family & that is who you are when you stay w/ us. The 2 bedroom 1 bath suite is located on the second floor w/ a peek of views of the Gulf from the living room, 2nd bedroom & your outside deck. We also have a 3rd floor shared deck guests utilize to watch the sun sink into the earth over the Gulf of Mexico or enjoy soaking up the sun. You are 150 feet from stepping into the pristine white sands & turquoise waters of the Gulf.

We’re just steps away from the Historic Bridge Street, where you’ll find unique shops, fantastic restaurants, and live music playing all the time.

Access

You have a private entrance into your home. There is a deck right outside your door with a table for 4 to enjoy meals alfresco. We have a third floor shared deck for everyone to enjoy which offers a panoramic view of the beach and Gulf of Mexico to catch those spectacular sunsets.

Transit

Don’t feel like driving once you’ve arrived? No problem! Anna Maria Island offers a FREE Island Trolley service that runs the length of the island, making it easy to get around. Plus, we’re just a short walk to the historic Bridge Street, where you’ll find charming shops, delicious restaurants, and live music. Please note, we have one parking space available for your unit, so be sure to plan accordingly.

Interaction

Your house managers, Fawn and Kevan, bring over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry and are very familiar with the island. They’re always happy to offer recommendations if needed. “Our kids grew up on the island, and we absolutely love it here! We’re passionate about what we do and take great joy in ensuring our guests have an unforgettable stay at our little island paradise. The owners, Danny and Brenda, have called this area home since 2000, and their daughter, Katie, has grown up on the island. We truly love our guests and treat you like family—like “Ohana.”

Space

This suite is the most popular one for our return guests and you will find out why. A quiet home, there are no neighbors above or beside you. You open the front door to be greeted by an open living and dining area. The kitchen is “L” shaped to your immediate left. It is designed with granite counter tops, stainless steel double sink, glass top stove and full sized refrigerator. We stock the room with all your kitchen essentials such as a coffee maker, blender, toaster oven, pots, pans, and plate ware to cook a great meal for family and friends. A door in the kitchen leads you into the fully tiled bathroom with a walk in shower and custom vanity. The second bathroom door opens into the master room with a king bed, in room television and standing dresser. There is also a walk in closet with a full length mirror. The master room can also be entered through the living space. The second bedroom is off of the living area and boast 2 twin beds with beautiful natural lighting all day. Plop down on our leather couch and watch some television on the 40” screen. We provide two beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels so all you need to pack is your swimwear. House Manual

Your unit is toward the back left of the property and is on the second floor. We use a keypad system to enter our vacation home. The keypad is part of the door lock and you just need to enter the 4 digit code followed by the check mark and the door will be unlocked.
Parking is limited to 1 car for your reservation.
