Our cozy studio is perfect for couples, featuring a comfortable queen bed, a loveseat, and a spacious bathroom. The layout is similar to a hotel room, offering both comfort and convenience. Enjoy stunning sunsets from our third-floor deck, where you can watch the sun dip below the horizon. And with the beach just a block away, you’ll have your toes in the sand in no time.

We’re just steps away from the Historic Bridge Street, where you’ll find unique shops, fantastic restaurants, and live music playing all the time.

IMG Academy is only 7.5 miles away, a quick 15-minute drive during the off-season.

We offer a free washer and dryer, available at limited times throughout the week (Monday to Friday).

Access

You have a private entrance into your home. There is a deck right outside your door which all guest can enjoy the grill and outside seating. We have a third floor deck for everyone to enjoy which offers a panoramic view of the beach and Gulf of Mexico to catch those spectacular sunsets.

Transit

Don’t feel like driving once you’ve arrived? No problem! Anna Maria Island offers a FREE Island Trolley service that runs the length of the island, making it easy to get around. Plus, we’re just a short walk to the historic Bridge Street, where you’ll find charming shops, delicious restaurants, and live music. Please note, we have one parking space available for your unit, so be sure to plan accordingly.

Your house managers, Fawn and Kevan, bring over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry and are very familiar with the island. They’re always happy to offer recommendations if needed. “Our kids grew up on the island, and we absolutely love it here! We’re passionate about what we do and take great joy in ensuring our guests have an unforgettable stay at our little island paradise. We live just around the corner, so if you need anything at all, don’t hesitate to reach out!”

The owners, Danny and Brenda, have called this area home since 2000, and their daughter, Katie, has grown up on the island. We truly love our guests and treat you like family—like “Ohana.”

Space

Our studio suite offers a charming and cozy retreat for your beach getaway on Anna Maria Island. As you enter, you’ll find a small dining table, a comfy loveseat, a microwave, and a mini fridge for convenience. The room is equipped with a 32″ flat-screen TV and free wireless internet to keep you connected during your stay. The queen-sized bed is tucked toward the back of the room, providing a peaceful space to relax. Step through the door into the newly renovated bathroom, featuring a spacious walk-in shower. There’s also a garment rack for hanging your clothes and a dresser for your belongings. For added convenience, we provide a coffee maker and toaster oven for quick meals. Beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach towels are available, so all you need to bring is your swimwear. Stay with us and experience Anna Maria Island like a local!

House Manual

We use a keypad system to enter our vacation home. Your unit is to the left side of the building in “C” The keypad is part of the door lock and you just need to enter the 4 digit code followed by the check mark and the door will be unlocked.
Parking is limited to 1 car for your reservation.
