Inside the living room is a white notebook for general information about the area , etc. Trash pickup is on Mondays and Thursdays. Pool maintenance is once a week during the middle of the week usually. Will send the $50 per week request pet fee after you arrive.Feel free to contact us anytime. GUEST DEPARTURE PROCEDURES
CHECK OUT time is 10:00 AM. Please contact management if you are departing over the weekend. A Late check out arrangement must be made with management or there is an additional charge for late check outs.
Before you depart please follow these simple instructions:
• Load and turn on the dishwasher and have any remaining pots, pans, etc washed and placed in cabinets.
• Collect and dispose of all trash (including food in fridge)
• Strip down any bed that has been used.
Put thermostat at 78°
– place recycling and trash cans out curbside for Monday and Thursday morning pickup.
Return items to their original location or condo. Make sure kayaks are returned and put back in the garage. Make sure kayaks are not left out during windy weather or storms as they could blow off into the canal
Extra charges apply for lost or misplaced items.
Additional charges apply to condos that require excessive cleaning, damaged items, damage to property, and replacing lost or ruined linens and towels. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
