Details for your stay:

Water heater is located in the storage closet near the guest bathroom. Breaker box is located across from the laundry.TV remote controls are available for each television and located near the TV or in the drawer of the nearest chest.

The condo is fully equipped with everything you should need, towels, beach towels, extra sheets for all the beds. The kitchen is also fully equipped with cooking and serving items.

Please do not adjust the temperature of the refrigerator and freezer and please ensure stove and oven are turned off after use.
A designated parking space is labeled with the unit number 202 in the parking garage
Additional parking is available at the front of the lot. Please inform us if you plan on having any day or overnight guests.
Guests are welcome but we ask that you please be respectful of other renters and their guests.
Please rinse sand off your feet and beach items before you enter the condo

The association takes care of the pool/spa in the common areas. If there is an issue with either one please notify us as soon as possible.

There is also a bike rental shop across the street

The trolley that goes from St. Armand’s to Anna Maria Island has a stop right out our back door.

There is a Publix grocery store 4.1 Miles south of the unit.

Please note we have tried to make our home welcoming for you, please be respectful of all items and the grounds. If you notice anything out of the ordinary please notify me immediately. Sea Turtle season May 1- October 31. Villas of Avignon management asks renters to bring back all towels, toys, personal chairs, etc. to the unit. Also, please bring back all communal beach furniture up to dune line.

Garbage:
There is a trash chute conveniently located near the elevator. If you have larger items that need disposal there is a dumpster located through the door on the south side of the building. The light turns off if the door is closed so prop the door open. There is no recycle. Garbage is picked up on Monday and Thursday.

DEPARTURE:
Please take a moment to review our departure procedures.

Remove and dispose of all perishable food items from the refrigerator. Check closets and drawers for personal items.
Empty trash cans in kitchen and bathrooms.
Rinse dishes, load and turn on dishwasher. Turn off all lights and fans. Lower A/C to 78 degrees . If there is excessive sand or crumbs etc broom sweep if needed.
Lock the doors, close the windows, and leave the keys inside the lockbox. You will be charged for lost keys. Text us once you have left.
