Our charming “Cottage By The Sea” is situated just a few steps from the beautiful Gulf of Mexico beaches on Anna Maria Island in the quiet end of Bradenton Beach. The cottage is a delightful throwback to “Old Florida” & is updated with bright and sunny décor, two bedrooms, 2 baths, sleeper sofa, full kitchen appliances with utensils, a washer/dryer laundry area & lovely tropical patio with grill. You can leave your worries behind – you are in paradise!
Interaction
We leave you alone to enjoy your vacation but we are always right around the corner if you need us for anything! We hope you love the space and the island as much as we do and we will try to help you in making that a reality.
Neighborhood
The cottage is located, in what we call, the “quiet part of Bradenton Beach” Perfect for walking, biking, beach combing, and just plain relaxing. The trolley stop is just right at the end of the street when you want to venture out and explore the busier parts of the island (the island is only 7 miles long so basically you could walk everywhere!)
You are just steps from some of the most gorgeous white sand beaches you will encounter! Take your time, relax, enjoy the laid back atmosphere of one of the last “old Florida” towns and don’t stress – we call it “island time” 🙂
Access
The cottage has two private entrances, one with a keyless entry, and two parking spaces. The back entrance exits onto the tropical patio
Space
This cute “old Florida” cottage oozes charm and cheerfulness with plenty of space to entertain and enjoy yourself yet being close to everything once you venture out onto the beautiful island! It includes 2 bedrooms with a queen bed each and a queen sofa bed in the living room. There is an extra “entertaining” Florida room for games and guests and a beautiful natural tropical patio and charcoal grill. We include beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas and even a beach wagon to use for your short walk on the beach – It’s time for fun!

The maximum occupancy for the cottage is 6 people (including children)
I’m sorry, no pets allowed!
There is a Bradenton Beach noise ordinance that is strictly enforced. All noticeable excessive noise must end after 10pm and all visitors must leave the cottage by 10pm. If we are called out for any negative reason that interferes with the natural enjoyment of your neighbors, you may be asked to leave without refund.
No parties, no smoking, no filming for anything other than personal use is allowed.
There is a max limit of two vehicles at this property – this includes golf carts if you plan on getting one. These vehicles will be very close together in the front of the property so two large vehicles will not fit.
