GUEST ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE PROCEDURES
CHECK IN time is 3:00 PM unless there is a prior arrangement made with management. Upon check in and throughout your stay If there is any damage, spills, stains, appliances or TV’s that are not working etc please contact management immediately and we will do everything we can to correct or repair.
CHECK OUT time is 10:00 AM. Please contact management if you are departing over the weekend. A Late check out arrangement must be made with management or there is an additional charge for late check outs.
Before you depart please follow these simple instructions:
•Have al dishes, utensils washed and have any remaining pots, pans, etc washed and placed in cabinets.
•Collect and dispose of all trash into dumpster at the east side of building. (including food in fridge)

•Close door securely so that lockbox code is activated
Return items to their original location or condo.
Extra charges apply for lost or misplaced items.
Additional charges apply to condos that require excessive cleaning, damaged items, damage to property, and replacing lost or ruined linens and towels.

remodeled studio apartment on Lido Key. Short walk to beach and St. Armand’s Circle. This is a great place to stay for couples on a budget who want to go the beach, kayak or wind surf and enjoy the dining on St. Armand’s Circle. Murphy bed opens up in the living area .We wash all comforters and bedspreads, we are using disinfectant spray on all furniture, we are wiping down all switch plates door handles and cabinet handles, we disinfectant all surface areas and floors.

Parking lot is first come first served for Pelican Gardens only and on Roosevelt Rd for no charge to you as a guest. No one can tell you to move unless management or a Board member. If there is an issue with the unitdo not call Airbnb first call us first. Most issues can be resolved right away Or we will find a solution for you.
Trash/recycle area is located on the east side of the two story building facing Boulevard of the Presidents.
Laundry is in the building across from #17 $1.75 each for washer and dryer
If there is an issue with the common area like the pool we’ll need to contact the association since that is their responsibility for caring for the grounds.
Make sure the Murphy bed is secure With the latch when you finish using it. Remove cushions and put to the side of the bed do not leave cushions on the sofa when the bed is in use. It will tear the cushions and puncture them. a guest has already punctured one**
There is no need to move sofa!!. Just remove the cushions when using the murphy bed.

Park cars so they do not obstruct walkways or other drivers
No grills on balconies walkways or parking lots
No bicycles or storage on walkways or balcony
Store bicycles inside your condo or on patio
Please do not block mailboxes
Do not hang towels, clothes on any railings or outside studio
No skateboarding or rollerblading on property
Empty trash in dumpsters on eastside of the building
Bag and tie garbage
Empty recyclable items in proper recycling bins
No rowdy behavior loud noises, or nuisances in pool area or that can disrupt neighbors
Pool area : Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult
no glass or food in pool area
Laundry is coin operated located by the pool entrance. $1.75 per load
