Access

Each condo has a boat slip to moor your boat to, you can bring your kayak, bicycles, and fishing gear.

Transit

Whitney Beach is the closest public beach with decent parking less than five minutes from Harbour Villa Club. There is a Publix supermarket on LBK, MCAT and SCAT bus routes go through To access the Beach:
Best beach access is Broadway. Go North on Gulf of Mexico Dr and turn left on Broadway . Parking for about 50 cars.
Coquina Beach is good during weekdays but gets crowded on weekends. Lots of parking though. Go North on Gulf of MExico Dr then cross over Longboat Pass Bridge. Coquina Beach is immediately on your left.
You can walk to the beach from your condo by crossing over Gulf of Mexico Dr and cut through Cannons By The Sea. Not recommended if you want to bring chairs it’s better if you just want to go for a stroll or walk the beach.

Please park in the assigned space. All vehicles, boat trailers etc must register with the office.

A guest printer is located in the conference room across from the office and lobby area. The conference room Wi-Fi network name is HVC Office the password is Moorings615
Please refer to the Guest Rules and Regulations during your stay.
Please note that these are privately owned villas that have been offered to be used for guest accommodations and are not owned by Wagner Realty or Harbour Villa Club Association. Please respect the owners’ private property and contents.
GUEST ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE PROCEDURES
CHECK IN time is 3:00 PM unless there is a prior arrangement made with management. Upon check in and throughout your stay If there is any damage, spills, stains, appliances or TV’s that are not working etc please contact management immediately and we will do everything we can to correct or repair.
TAXES: Total tax is 12% Airbnb collects 6% online and An additional 6% Manatee County Tourist Development Tax is collected at arrival
CHECK OUT time is 10:00 AM. Please contact management if you are departing over the weekend. A Late check out arrangement must be made with management or there is an additional charge for late check outs.
Before you depart please follow these simple instructions:
Load and turn on the dishwasher and have any remaining pots, pans, etc washed and placed in cabinets.
Collect and dispose of all trash in the villa. Turn down any bed that has been used.
Return items to their original location or villa. Extra charges apply for lost or misplaced items. Additional charges apply to villas that require excessive cleaning, damaged items, damage to property, and replacing lost or ruined linens and towels.Upon check in and throughout your stay If there is any damage, spills, stains, appliances or electronic equipment that is not working etc please contact management immediately and we will do everything we can to correct or repair.
CHECK OUT time is 10:00 AM. A Late check out arrangement must be made with management or there is an additional charge for late check outs.

•Collect and dispose of all trash/recycling into dumpster & recycle bins at the east end of the building. (including food in fridge)
•Turn down any bed that has been used.
•Place parking pass back in kitchen counter
•Close door securely, place key back in lock box, scramble code and text us to let us know when you are leaving
