Your home features a private entrance for added convenience and privacy. On the side of the property, there’s a deck equipped with a grill and outdoor seating for everyone to enjoy al fresco meals and relaxation. Plus, the third-floor deck offers a stunning panoramic view of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico—perfect for catching those spectacular sunsets.

Space

Step into a home curated with love and the perfect coastal feel. Enjoy the evening sunset and beach views from the comfort of your own deck. As you enter our home away from home, you step into our Florida room with windows on three of the four walls. Sip your morning coffee on our reclined lounger and soak in the Florida rays. The living room is outfitted with a 40 in TV to watch your favorite shows. Granite countertops and a deep stainless-steel sink allow you to cook in style. Our kitchen will provide you with every essential to cook homemade meals or whip up a quick lunch. When you have wrapped up your day, there is a king bed to relax and recharge. The second bedroom has two twin beds and there is a pull-out couch in the living room. The bathroom is fully tiled in travertine. There is a walk-in shower and single floating vanity to wash up. The second half bath provides another space for your friends or family to wash up at the same time. We provide beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels so all you need to pack is your swimwear.

Transit

Don’t care to drive on the Island after your arrive? No worries as we have a FREE Island trolley service that runs up and down the length of Anna Maria Island. We are also a brief walk to the historic Bridge Street where there are shops, great eateries and live music. This unit only comes with one parking space available, but if you have guest wanting to visit you for the day there is public parking right across the street.
