Aloha and welcome to our island home. “Ohana” is Hawaiian for family & that is who you are when you stay w/ us. The 2 bedroom 1 bath suite is located on the second floor w/ picturesque views of the Gulf from the living room, 2nd bedroom & your outside deck. 4 PPL ONLY! We also have a 3rd floor deck guests utilize to watch the sun sink into the earth over the Gulf of Mexico or enjoy soaking up the sun. You are 150 feet from stepping into the pristine white sands & turquoise waters of the Gulf.

Interaction

Your house managers, Fawn and Kevan, have been in the hospitality business for over 30 years and are very familiar with the island and can offer suggestions if needed. “Our kids grew up on the island and we adore it! We love what we do and take joy in making sure our guests have a fantastic time at our little island paradise. We are right around the corner so if you need anything at all, please reach out!”

The owners, Danny and Brenda, have lived in the area since 2000 and their daughter, Katie, has grown up in and around the island. We love our guests so we treat you like “Ohana”.

Neighborhood

Anna Maria Island was just ranked fourth in the Top Islands in the U.S. by the first annual TripAdvisor’s Travelers’ Choice Islands Awards.
It is also a bit of old Florida. It doesn’t offer mega resorts or towering condos with crowded beaches, it does offer quiet white sandy beaches and a great family atmosphere. Come see why so many others are finding out that you don’t have to compromise on a great beach vacation.
For those who belong to the Loyal Order of Moose, the local Moose lodge is one block away on the beach.

Access

You have a private entrance into your home. There is a deck right outside your door with a table for 4 to enjoy meals alfresco. We have a third floor deck for everyone to enjoy which offers a panoramic view of the beach and Gulf of Mexico to catch those spectacular sunsets.

Space

This suite is the most popular one for our return guests and you will find out why. A quiet home, there are no neighbors above or beside you. You open the front door to be greeted by an open living and dining area. The kitchen is “L” shaped to your immediate left. It is designed with granite counter tops, stainless steel double sink, glass top stove and french door refrigerator. We stock the room with all your kitchen essentials such as a coffee maker, blender, toaster oven, pots, pans, and plate ware to cook a great meal for family and friends. A door in the kitchen leads you into the fully tiled bathroom with a walk in shower and custom vanity. The second bathroom door opens into the master room with a king bed, in room television and standing dresser. There is also a walk in closet with a full length mirror. The master room can also be entered through the living space. The second bedroom is off of the living area and boast 2 twin beds with beautiful natural lighting all day. Plop down on our leather couch and watch some television on the 40” screen. We provide beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels so all you need to pack is your swimwear. Transit

Don’t care to drive on the Island after your arrive? No worries as the island has a FREE Island trolley service that runs up and down the length of Anna Maria Island. We are also a brief walk to the historic Bridge Street where there are shops, great eateries and live music. We have limited parking available.

IMG Academy is only 7.5 miles away and a 15 minute drive. We are steps away from the Historic Bridge Street where there are shops and great restaurants with live music all the time.
