Aloha and welcome to our island home. “Ohana” is Hawaiian for family and that is who you are when you stay with us. Our studio is designed for the ideal couples get away. There is a queen bed, loveseat, and spacious bathroom. The layout is similar to a hotel room. We have a 3rd floor deck guests utilize to watch the sun sink into the earth over the Gulf of Mexico or enjoy soaking up the sun. You are 150 feet from stepping into the pristine white sands and turquoise waters of the Gulf.

Interaction

Your house managers, Fawn and Kevan, have been in the hospitality business for over 30 years and are very familiar with the island and can offer suggestions if needed. “Our kids grew up on the island and we adore it! We love what we do and take joy in making sure our guests have a fantastic time at our little island paradise. We are right around the corner so if you need anything at all, please reach out!”

The owners, Danny and Brenda, have lived in the area since 2000 and their daughter, Katie, has grown up in and around the island. We love our guests so we treat you like “Ohana”.

Neighborhood

Anna Maria Island was just ranked fourth in the Top Islands in the U.S. by the first annual TripAdvisor’s Travelers’ Choice Islands Awards.
It is also a bit of old Florida. It doesn’t offer mega resorts or towering condos with crowded beaches, it does offer quiet white sandy beaches and a great family atmosphere. Come see why so many others are finding out that you don’t have to compromise on a great beach vacation.
For those who belong to the Loyal Order of Moose, the local Moose lodge is one block away on the beach.

Access

You have a private entrance into your home. There is a deck right outside your door which all guest can enjoy the grill and outside seating. We have a third floor deck for everyone to enjoy which offers a panoramic view of the beach and Gulf of Mexico to catch those spectacular sunsets.

Space

Our studio suite is a quaint space to stay during your beach vacation on Anna Maria Island. Upon entering the home, there is a small dining table and loveseat to the right and a microwave and mini fridge to the left. We have installed a 32″ flat screen TV, and free wireless internet for your enjoyment. The queen sized bed is nestled towards the back of the room. A door leads you into the spacious fully tiled bathroom complete with a walk in shower. There is a garment rack to hang all your clothes and a tall dresser to put your things away. We also provide a small coffee maker and toaster oven for some quick breakfast meals. Beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels are available to use, so all you need to pack is your swimwear. Come stay with us to enjoy the island as a local.

Transit

Don’t care to drive on the Island after your arrive? No worries as the island has a FREE Island trolley service that runs up and down the length of Anna Maria Island. We are also a brief walk to the historic Bridge Street where there are shops, great eateries and live music. We have limited parking available.

Notes

IMG Academy is only 7.5 miles away and a 15 minute drive. We are steps away from the Historic Bridge Street where there are shops and great restaurants with live music all the time.
