Aloha and welcome to our bit of old Florida. Ohana Hale Gulfside is 250 feet to the white sand beaches and turquoise water. Come join us for your holiday in the sun.
We are steps away from the Historic Bridge Street where there are shops and great restaurants with live music all the time.
IMG Academy is only 7.5 miles away and a 15 minute drive.
Interaction
Your house managers, Fawn and Kevan, have been in the hospitality business for over 30 years and are very familiar with the island and can offer suggestions if needed. “Our kids grew up on the island and we adore it! We love what we do and take joy in making sure our guests have a fantastic time at our little island paradise. We are right around the corner so if you need anything at all, please reach out!”
The owners, Danny and Brenda, have lived in the area since 2000 and their daughter, Katie, has grown up in and around the island. We love our guests so we treat you like “Ohana”.
Neighborhood
Anna Maria Island consist of 3 cities. The City of Anna Maria is at the northern tip of the island, Holmes Beach is the big brother in the middle and Bradenton Beach is the southern third of the island. You are one block to the Historic Bridge Street where there are eateries and shops. At the end of Bridge Street is the Bridge Street Pier which is a great place to fish, walk or people watch. Take a stroll to the end and sit on the swings and just let time slowly pass.
Access
We have a downstairs patio common area where the grill is located.
Space
Our Hale has just been totally refurbished. The Master Bedroom has a peek of the waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The bathroom features porcelain tile and a walk-in shower. The Kitchen is brand new and has granite counter-tops and a stainless steel sink with a commercial style faucet.
The living room features a 43″ LED TV with Chromecast and high speed internet. You’ll have everything you will need except clothes and food. There are beach towels, 2 chairs and 1 umbrella. Don’t want to cook inside? There is a gas grill available.
There is a shared washer and dryer on the premises. This amenity may be restricted to weekday afternoons only due to sharing with the housekeepers. Check with your property manager to get code and schedule.
Transit
Don’t want to drive? No problem, There is a free trolley that will take you up and down the island. Uber and Lyft rideshare also service Anna Maria Island. You can also walk to many areas or rent a bike for your stay.
Notes
There is covered parking for your car so it doesn’t get scorched in the Florida sun!
