Ohana is Hawaiian for family and that is who you are when you stay with us. This one bedroom suite is idea for a couples getaway or small family vacation. Our retreat is nestled on Anna Maria Island, Florida and is a short 7 minute walk to the white sand beaches and turquoise waters.

Interaction

Your house managers, Fawn and Kevan, have been in the hospitality business for over 30 years and are very familiar with the island and can offer suggestions if needed. “Our kids grew up on the island and we adore it! We love what we do and take joy in making sure our guests have a fantastic time at our little island paradise. We are right around the corner so if you need anything at all, please reach out!”

The owners, Danny and Brenda, have lived in the area since 2000 and their daughter, Katie, has grown up in and around the island. We love our guests so we treat you like “Ohana”.

Neighborhood

Anna Maria Island was just ranked fourth in the Top Islands in the U.S. by the first annual TripAdvisor’s Travelers’ Choice Islands Awards.
It is also a bit of old Florida. It doesn’t offer mega resorts or towering condos with crowded beaches, it does offer quiet white sandy beaches and a great family atmosphere. Come see why so many others are finding out that you don’t have to compromise on a great beach vacation.

Access

You have a private entrance into your home. There is a deck right outside your door with chairs and a side table. A back deck overlooks the backyard lined with mangrove trees. You can fit two cars bumper to bumper along the driveway.

Space

As you enter this home you are greeted by a tropical inspired design. To the left is an open kitchen with butcher block island. It is designed with granite counter tops, stainless steel double sink and all your major appliances including a dishwasher. We stock the room with all your kitchen essentials such as a coffee maker,blender, toaster oven, pots, pans, and plate ware. To your left is the living room with “L” shaped couch and wall mounted TV. Through the double French doors is our cozy bedroom. We have provided a comfy queen bed, long dresser and TV. Sunlight flows through the sliding glass door in the bedroom. There is also a walk in closet to put away all your things. The bathroom has floor to ceiling Travertine tile with a single vanity and shower tub combo. We provide all the linens for your beach vacation. Two beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels are also provided, so all you need to pack is your swimwear. Stay here for your home away from home vacation.

Transit

Don’t care to drive on the Island after your arrive? No worries as there is a FREE Island trolley service that runs up and down the length of Anna Maria Island.

Notes

The trolley stop to head north is right across the street from us and the one heading south is only two blocks toward the beaches.
