Aloha and welcome to our Island Home.
Ohana is Hawaiian for family and that is who you are when you stay with us. Our two bedroom one bath suite with ample living space is ideal for your family beach break. The home is nestled in Bradenton beach on Anna Maria Island, Florida and is a short 4 minute walk to the white sand beaches and turquoise waters.

Interaction

Your house managers, Fawn and Kevan, have been in the hospitality business for over 30 years and are very familiar with the island and can offer suggestions if needed. “Our kids grew up on the island and we adore it! We love what we do and take joy in making sure our guests have a fantastic time at our little island paradise. We are right around the corner so if you need anything at all, please reach out!”

The owners, Danny and Brenda, have lived in the area since 2000 and their daughter, Katie, has grown up in and around the island. We love our guests so we treat you like “Ohana”.

Neighborhood

Anna Maria Island was just ranked fourth in the Top Islands in the U.S. by the first annual TripAdvisor’s Travelers’ Choice Islands Awards.
It is also a bit of old Florida. It doesn’t offer mega resorts or towering condos with crowded beaches, it does offer quiet white sandy beaches and a great family atmosphere. Come see why so many others are finding out that you don’t have to compromise on a great beach vacation.
The hale is located on a quiet neighborhood street and is a short 1/2 block walk to the beach.

Access

You have a private entrance into your home on the second floor. There is covered parking at this home, so your car does not bake in the Florida head. You can fit two cars bumper to bumper under the home. A deck is right outside of the sliding glass doors with chairs and side tables to enjoy the outdoors. There is also a shaded shared deck on the first floor with a patio dining set and grill. An outdoor shower helps you rinse off after a day on the beach. Various beach toys, pool noodles and floats have also been left by previous guest.

Space

Walk into the open living room with sunlight pouring in from the sliding glass doors and two skylights. There is a 40″ flat screen TV, and free wireless internet. To your left is the dinning table to enjoy your family meals at home when you are not out exploring all of Anna Maria Islands delicious restaurants. The open kitchen with butcher block island is outfitted with all your cooking essentials. We have designed the space with granite counter tops, soft close cabinets, two bin sink and dishwasher. The bathroom is fully tiled in 12 inch travertine with a single floating vanity, framed mirror and tub shower. We provide all your towels and shower gel. The master bedroom has a king bed with 32” TV, tall dresser, rocking chair and standard closet with mirror doors. Our second bedroom holds two twin beds, a dresser in between and a standard closet with mirror doors. We provide two beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels so all you need to pack is your swimwear. Make your best Anna Maria Island beach vacation memories with us as home base.

Transit

Don’t care to drive on the Island after your arrive? No worries as there is a FREE Island trolley service that runs up and down the length of Anna Maria Island. We are also a brief ride to the historic Bridge Street where there are shops, great eateries and live music.

Notes

The trolley stop to head north is a half a block West towards the main road. To head south, the stop is also on the main road (Gulf Drive) and is right by the home. IMG Academy is only 8 miles away and a 15 minute drive.
