- Negotiate and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors.
- Responsible for purchase of services: outside maintenance, cable, pest control, contract maintenance, and all other services provided by the association.
- Over site of renovation projects; work with subcontractors: painters, plumbers, electrical, roofing, landscapers, managed buildings and grounds vendors.
- Prepares Board reports, minutes of meetings, and conducts the annual meeting.
